The cafe is open for dine-in & carry-out. Delivery is also available through DoorDash, Postmates, & Uber Eats. Masks are worn to protect the safety of our customers and ask that our customers do the same until seated or actively eating or drinking to help stop the spread of COVID. Events are still being scheduled & are taking the proper safety measures & masks are required for those not vaccinated. *outdoor seating available weather permitting

Troost has always been one of the biggest racially and financially dividing lines in Kansas City. It was one of the main targets for redlining many decades ago, and too many people still do nothing to change it. Our goal is to create a safe place that gives people a reason to come to Troost and feel safe & equal. A place that gives people the opportunity to get involved and get educated on social justice and equality. A place where everyone is welcome & feels like they belong.
